That was such an relief because I live in Texas. He went above an beyond the call of duty, for example: There were several days of sub freezing weather during the listing and Sterling went to the house dripped the faucets and opened the cabinets. Without being asked. Sterling got quotes from several contractors to touch up the paint, spruce up the landscaping and complete a deep clean on the house. After he got the quotes he also scheduled their work. After a showing Sterling would call and update me on the showing and provide feed back from the prospective buyers. Please note that I have bought and sold multiple properties over the last 5 years and the service that I got from Sterling is not the norm in the real estate industry.
